After School Enrichment

After school enrichment courses provide extra time for learning and fun!

The programs run from 12:30 – 2:30PM and costs $300 per session.

Students who register for two or more classes in the same session will receive a $25 discount!

Fall Enrollment begins 9/23 for SCCNS 3s and 4s students

  • Mini Monets

    Mini Monets is an art program designed to give students the opportunity to explore art in greater depth. The program meets once a week after school, with two sessions offered each year. Each session delves into various aspects of art, examining the works of renowned artists and the art of different cultures for inspiration in our own creations.

    Every week, the children gather for a story that relates to the season or the art they have been exploring, enriching their experience and understanding of the creative process.

  • Sprouting STEMs

    Sprouting STEMs is a Science and Computers program that offers a two-part after-school enrichment class. The program meets once a week after school, with two sessions offered each year. 

    The computer component introduces children to the basics of computer use and provides opportunities for successful learning as they explore a variety of educational software.

    The science component is designed to engage children in all aspects of science, focusing on essential processing skills such as observation and prediction. Each session features hands-on, bite-sized science activities and experiments that are both fun and educational.

  • Cooking Cuties

    Cooking Cuties is a preschool level cooking class that provides children with hands-on experience in food preparation, incorporating developmentally appropriate learning objectives and food tasting. This exciting class begins in April!

    Each class is themed around a carefully selected book, which not only ties into the cooking activities but also exposes children to new literature.
